Fantastic and incredible location, close to Hyde Park and Winter Wonderland, Regent Street shops and good transport links, pub, Hyde Park and Oxford, and Oxford Street and Park Lane. Extremely comfy bed, views over Hyde park.

The place was new and quiet, spent 1 pleasant night here. All the facilities were great, and if you need there's free parking on site.

Its room was nicely refurbished and new-fashioned, provided with a separate dresser and a bottle of Prosecco. Appreciated the early check-in too.

Clean venue that offers local and delicious breakfast and lies in the vicinity of a Hyde park. Staff are amazingly nice, with the duty manager to organise.

My experience here was very mediocre!
Had nicely refurbished, neat room with a queen sized bed. The location was marvellous and beautiful as I wanted adjacent to Marble Arch & on the top of oxford street- as well as the bar / restaurant. The breakfast they served was delicious with gluten free toast😀

Fairly clean, modern place adjacent to Marble Arch at one end of Oxford Street as well as the Hard Rock Cafe on the first night. Exceptional staff who was the manager, chic vibes. Marvellous setting in a shopping mall.

Loved chic atmosphere!
Place was new and stylish and close to Primark. The kitchen had a refrigerator, an oven and kitchenware etc to cook a meal. Had airy room for a bottle of champagne.

Its location was marvellous and brilliant, 4 km from The Place. Their room was new-fashioned and complete with champagne, TV, as for instance. Had easy check in. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable and we had a NICE stay of the first night.

The only positive thing is the location otherwise everything else is just negative.
Basically, I am warning all people who are thinking to book in this place. It is a pure scam and what you see in the photos has nothing to do with what you get. First of all it took me more than an hour to find the place, knowing that in the map they made it so simple, and it is not the reality. Second they made me wait half an hour with my child in the street, they have reception or anything like what you might think of a serviced flats. When they led me to my place, I was shocked!!! It was basically a horrible room in a horrible dirty old flat that smells gas leak. The room was sooo hot with no AC, so to hide this reality, they left the window wiiiide open with the curtains on, and a clumsy small bed for my child stuck to the wall by this window, my child went straight away to the window and I swear half of her body was outside the window. So safety and security ZERO , first gas leak second wide window left open by the child bed. The tv was not working, the mattress was so uncomfortable and when u sit on it you sink. When you open the shower it s is either boiling or cold, and it was leaking. They put the main flat heather in our room so anytime someone opens the tab water , you hear a terrible noise. The extra child bed broke in pieced in few minutes. We paid for the Internet and it was on and off all the time. There is no sound insulations, so people comes late at night you hear them as if they were in your room. And the best of the best, when I called them to complain, they said we will give you refund after you leave us positive feedback, imagine that?? Also, don t trust the positive feedbacks left for this place I think they create fake accounts to leave 10/10 feedback to make the balance otherwise, the general feedback after what the people has experienced in this horrible place for crazy prices is going to be maybe 3/10. That taught me a lesson, before I book I must check the feedback first.

Affordable and clean apartment, I was surprised at early check-in. The building was adjacent to Marble Arch and Close to Oxford Street, even so its area was really noisy. Plus it was located in the shopping district. The service was terrific. Truly amazing style of the building was accompanied by the contemporary inner decor.
Not one thing. It suited the needs.

We enjoyed our stay at this modern accommodation. The staff were pleasant and ensured a comfortable business trip. The place was clean and the bed was lovely. The breakfast was local and included gluten-free toast. The location was stunning and conveniently close to Speakers' Corner in Hyde Park, making it easy to access shopping, Gatwick airport, and the tubes.

The location is very good
The apartment was uncomfortable. there were maintenance men working near the window. the T.V. was not working and the water temperature was not good. It was not the same as what I have seen in the website. the furniture is old and different than what is shown in the site. I have stayed for one night and left the apartment. I told the apartment staff that I need a refund since I have stayed only for one night. But I still did not receive a refund. They told me that they will contact me to solve the issue but no one is responding now. It seems that they are wasting time only without returning my money
